At LajreeDesigner, we strive to ensure you love your luxury fashion pieces, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless 14-day return and exchange policy. Please ensure items are unworn, with original tags intact and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the designer apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all labels, hangtags, and protective coverings are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned garment for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
